btw, remote cloaking is BS in my opinion. Wether you get a fight or not nowdays is mostly dependent on local chat. As long as someone entering local is clearly visible, you will not get anyone engaging you with 10 of your friends being cloaked rig...

youŠd have to increase missile/Torpedo HP too. Currently a tech2 medium smartbomb cannot kill a tech2 Torp in one volley, but a tech2 medium smartbomb can kill a tech2 Torp in one discharge.

I must disagree. tech2 BC get 25% more shieldmax. If passive shieldrechargespeed in general gets reduced by 50%, the tech2 ships will loose quiet a lot of their tanking capabilities.
