I completely agree with Speedomon, but i think that the stats shouldnt be as high as he mentioned, as this (to me) seems to make them on par (albiet differant) with some of the TII friggies. It really is about time that they added lvl4 and 5 frig...

I admit theres a serious problem with lag in places like ourselert, almost lost several ships like that. agents should be deispersed across more systems and prolly into 0.5-0.7 but at the same time lets not go insane with moving them into low sec....
