How about a skill to reduce the CPU by 2% on Weapons that, where the prereq's could be like, electronics V, CPU Upgrades IV, Adv Weapon Upgrades IV i realise Weapon Upgrades reduces CPU, but I thinking some of us need a little more CPU reduction?

So basically train up to T2 RCU's and only run 2, or run 3 and fill up to full rails. Thats sucks. Could always downgrade to 200mm rails
