You mean that BCs can't even enter? That would make it tough...is it common to find cruiser complexes in 0.3 space, or could it have been something else? It was plainly visible on the Overview, so it wasn't an Exploration object.

What about the other aspect--that I (either personally/corp or both) need a standing with whom--are you sure it is to the corporation owning the station (Thukker Mix) rather than to a faction (Thukker Tribe? Faction with regional sovreignty?)
