I stopped building towers over a year ago. It takes about a day to build a tower. If you can sell it to a buy order the next day at a profit, then go for it. If you have to create a sell order, forget it.

Anyone can loot a wreck. You get a suspect flag if you loot wreck that is yellow. You can't do this in hisec with a green safety. Blue wrecks are free-for-all (abandoned), but are technically still owned so don't shoot them.
