I think that set-up is used as a tackling set-up, that way your high slots dont really do anything but at 3k speed you can hit them mean they cant hit you. you are suppose to hold them there as a buddy punishes him for messing with ya.

Inertia Multiplier? isnt that bad where it will take you longer to turn and longer to jump to warp, inertia Stabilizers make it easyer to turn and jump. if i am not mistaken.

So Useing 2 WCS in low slots isnt really needed for NPC hunting? I always like to have a way out and those seem to give it to me but none of the set-up's given seem to have any on them, Is there a reason why or just I dont need them?

Question? A MWD? I was told that MWD were a bad thing to equip because of it's 25% loss. What would make the MWD important enough to equip it?

Yes the LVL5 stick ship is well worth the training time, I really enjoy the 10mn mwd equiped. with some nice named expanders you can get around 22k cargo room but you'll be slow as hell, with basic expander 1's you should get around 17k, not a bad...
