A ceptor with reasonable tank and sub 2s align time is enough to travel safely everywhere with some caution (pick time, pings, etc.). The next best thing you can make is reducing travel distance going by wormholes / Thera, so fit probes and cloak ...

Not a corp, but the Bombers Bar (NPSI community, operating from Thera) is dedicated to covert warfare. Also RiotRick's Cloaky Ninjas (a spin-off from Spectre Fleet, operating from Wicked Creek) are a good place to get into Bombers and Co.

This suspect thing ...it may be a quick, but dirty fix. Consider the side effects; almost everybody in FW space will be suspect all the time. This would significantly change the meta for solo, frig fleets and gate camps towards the aggressor.

Yeah, don't expect to get rich from clone hunting - but it's something you can pair nicely with solo roaming for PvP. Found 5 transporter and 1 negotiator yesterday, but this was over the course of maybe 4h active flying.
