I have two saved Neural Remaps, and over a month I'd getting a third. Is there a max to the number of remaps you can save up? Also the wiki says "For all pilots who have used their two initial free remaps, neural remapping may be done once a year...

Training times are too short, especially for the T3 ships. It's too easy to 'do everything' in this game, which is not beneficial for a MMORGP.

It's definately a must have for Logi pilots. Not at level 5 necessarily (though it is quite handy). Vanguard fleets are only 10 pilots and bigger fleets are done by fleet calls, so you don't need everyone locked anyway.

There is no point in adding such a 'must-have' skill. Everyone would learn it to lvl5 and then there is no point of the whole skill is there? Might just as well then give all people that skill at lvl5 as default. We're the rats eating your pie!
