Not sure I understand what you mean by having to attack first, shouldn't the assisting drones attack whatever the assisted ship's drones/guns/ew engage (after having the drones assigned to it)..

One big problem with amarr comes from the cap heavy nature of both their guns and their tanks and insufficient med slots to respond with cap injector. Pretty massive advantage caldari and minmatar have with passive shield tanking and no cap offen...

Erm 5 vespas on an ogre = dead ogre fast, try it before acting like they can't track, they can quite easily. Oh and cpu isn't that difficult, especially if one uses 55% faction hards, 20 cpu each ftw, heavy diminishing nosses saves a buncha cpu.....
