Be a religious reclaimer. Put 2 in memory, 2 in perception, 1 in intelligence. Go to military school, operations, command, captain training. This way you'll start out with lvl 4 amarr frigate, which is very nice. http://eve.klaki.net/

I think massive damage penetrates shields too, like if you shoot a punisher and kill half of its shield in one shot then some of it penetrates to armor.. not really sure tho. http://eve.klaki.net/
