While battleships certainly need a role bonus, just leaving T3s as is doesn't fix any problems. T3Cs need a nerf. Buffing battleships to 2k DPS is not going to fix T3Cs. Don't revolve your battleship buff around the T3C, and don't nerf the T3C aro...

Maybe give it a mobile production facility, so you can queue up jobs from it. A grid wide scanner that it can share with the fleet. They'll never give it fighters, but asking for more than 5 drones isn't out of the question. Not sure what else.

Make rapid launchers have a rotary mechanism to them. That'd look cool. They can be on some sort of rotating cylinder that reloads missiles on one side and fires them on the opposite side.

Give the Nestor anything but exploration bonuses. No one uses it to explore. It's the wrong ship class. I'd honestly rather the Nestor was a combat ship than a logi ship. Logi battleships are just as bad as exploration battleships. They're gimped...
