have to agree with Sir Drake - just make the bombers use torpedoes instead - makes them more effective vesus battleships etc, and less useful against frigates (which is good). I'd even go so far as to give them a damage bonus (like 5% per level) o...

nice idea, but this is the trouble with an MMO - time has to be consistent across the game. although the whole "doubleing of time" might be a good thing in general :) although - leave warp speeds the same.

umm, you can. as long as you are not actually locked, you can cloak. So if that battlehsip will take 10 seconds to get a lock, during the 10 seconds you can still cloak.
