Sry guys , but torps ill get insignificant buff .. they ill be still sux . = caldari small weapons sux , caldari large weapons sux , caldari medium weapons mediocre ( nerf HML , little buffed HAMs) ...deal with it . train winmatar as rest of us .

This change ill be bad for pvp missile ships (HAM\Torps are still not ussable + big nerf for HML+ TDs) BUT grat for PvE missile ships , TE\TC ill make torps great again . + now i can easily fit 50km HAM tengu with 1000+ dps and very good sigV\R ...

What about rig to switching slots? 1) mid to low 2) low to mid (max one per ship - you can limit this by points ) This maybe can make some ships more op , but it definitely ill make fitting less predictible .

its nerf seriously....why? BEcause drake dont need RANGE buf ......... HMLs are 70km - ok , HAMs are 14kms , its OK because you still NEED scr+web... soo one bonus is waste = nerf.... give drake another PG boost +150 PG...... and it ill be "ok"...

Its "easy" ECM (drones\falcons) need diminishing returns as every other GC in pvp mmo games...... 2 posssibilities 1) -first round of jam normal chance -second round of jam 60% chance(to jam) -third ...20% -4th 0% + reset timer after 1-2 ...

it works 2 days later , before last opt. patch . I can try it again , but i think its OK.... BTW: if you wana use Mwd+cloak on orca , you must have min. 2 agi modules/rigs or break/start cloak 2 sec before/afterend mwd pulse.... or 1+1 sec... it ...
