Don't think you can beat a Mach for Angel kill speed, although Varg + Golem seem close. AC Mael is a brute amongst the T1 ships, if a bit of a slug. Damsel is Mercs who aren't actually Angels, they're pretty vulnerable to lasers.

Cap ships need to be way bigger, at least carrier types. How the hell do you get a Mach into a Nid :p If that makes Titans insecure, then just make those bigger too. Not like model size has any relevance to fighting.
