Well yeah that's what I mean... If the POS has 100k m/3 of isotopes in (for arguements sake) and they are reduced n size by 25% (thus become 75k m/3) what happens to the excess (i.e. 75k m/3 doesn't fit into 50k m/3)? At a guess I would think it...
