1. Help me become a Titan of Industry - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Compressed ore is amazing. It is your friend. And you do not even have to mine it yourself.

3. If I don't like frigate PvP will I not like any PvP? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Solo frigates are completely different to cruisers and up. Solo is completely different to small gang. And mid-large fleet is just as different from either. Try them all. I think my sweet spot is micro/small fleets where individuals' actions still...

4. Name change? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Yes please, as long as it is easily traceable and fairly expensive (a couple of plex, perhaps). A name search in People & Places would have to search aliases as well as current names, for instance. Obviously not for magnificently named chara...

5. Still worth playing? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
I like it but can certainly understand why many would be opposed. But not for this character, obviously :)

7. Null Sec Exploration - Relic Sites - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
I'd start by seeing an optometrist - looks nasty. Beside that, go to lowsec or null but NOT factional warfare regions. Jita is probably the worst system in the entire map to base out of for exploration.

8. Market quantities - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
A little while ago two of my characters were bountied for 50m each for undercutting Jita skillbook resellers. Good fun.

9. D-scanning - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
You will find tutorials on YouTube. You should watch them - it is immensely powerful. Don't forget your 'c' camera toggle which will align your camera and d-scan to whatever you click in space or on the overview.

10. What to train for a little pvp on the side - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Where are you thinking of fighting? If you are already an explorer then consider skilling into drones and enough propulsion jamming to fit scram and web. Take a mobile depot and switch some of your midslots to tackle when you think you have a good...

12. Why can't i find the right thing to do - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]

13. Where's the EVE I've read about? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
OP, go join RvB and blow some things up. When you have died enough to understand the basics and lose the shakes then go find a low or null corp. Also, here is a story about my first solo lowsec kill at three weeks of age (hardly unique): https://...

14. Fleet Commanding Learning - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Yeah, I'd say RvB. Remember that you need to learn how to fly IN a fleet before you will be able to lead one. RvB for that, too. You won't find it difficult to get a helping hand if you want to FC - they are in demand.

Ratting in lowsec can be great fun if there's not much PvP happening. I think stealth bombers are the ultimate tool for this since they have the covops cloak, great DPS and align reasonably fast. Doesn't pay as well as null unless you find the tag...

Lowsec also has security tag belt rats which are worth hunting in quiet areas. Check the dev blog for NPCs that drop them: community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/wanttotrade-tags-for-security-status/
