It needs to be very clear which ships have received the buff and when it expires. It would be interesting if non-fleet members could also see. Are there going to be AoE debuffs? That could provide a way for small gangs to hit above their weight ...

I like this idea. Data and Relic analysers as separate modules for what is exactly the same role (hacking a little can) has always struck me as a bit daft. There is no real choice to be made, especially now after the advent of mobile depots.

I see no problem with rewarding people who log in and get out in space. Having said that, I also travel a lot and it would be irritating to miss out on boosts while away. But maybe that is OK - if you do not log in often you still get the base rat...

Just delete NPC standings altogether. It is an awful, grindy mechanic that should die. Being able to trade them would be better than nothing and at least allow people who DO enjoy the grind to profit from those who detest it.
