tbh, you can train a hauler/shopping alt on the same account in less than a week. Just go outlaw, it will probably happen anyway if you are into lowsec pvp - especially if you start podding people. Just make sure you don't get stuck in a small lo...

maybe look into Recons? I would have said the pilgrim, but I think after the patch they are not what they used to be. Being able to cloak gives you a lot more chance of catching a player unawares.

Personally I would advise against ratting in lowsec in anything bigger than a cruiser. BCs are a little slow to warp and most pirates (myself included ) would jump at the (very rare) sight of a BC ratting. I hear 0.0 can be safer, and it is sure...

imo, ACs are really a better choice for a ship like that with low cap and no gun bonus. However, I guess you are a newer player who already has laser skills from creation, so you might be better off with the setups above.
