Wouldn't that cause issues with wallet access? Not saying the idea is bad, just not sure it's doable (or a good plan) to expose the wallet interactions to out of game client methods.

They should start people in rookie systems which are low sec, then bar other people joining those systems/limit it to rookie hulls and push them out from there. So the only people able to shoot you are other rookies. Would set a much better tone.

Consider things like machariels, vargurs - they fight in falloff. Extending range makes more DPS. Blaster boats are in a similar position.
