Well, if the sentry guns are used, then fleet camps will be unnessacry (not to say peeps wont just do it anyway i suppose), and will be freed to do other things. I think that some smaller slliances will be able to stand up to huge offensive fleets...

That could work, but would be highly exploitable by macrominers i think. They would probably fill those things up overnight and haul it to the nearest station in the morn. By that im implying that it would be possible for macros to gain a foothold...

The only problem i have with eve physics, is the max speed. By all rights they should accelerate at Xm/s-2, but they dont. This is because its a game and not a dedicated space simulator. I hate to admit it, but eve would probably work well with it...

Excellent idea. I just noticed that major flaw in the freighters stats. By all rights i reckon it should have +5 warp strenghts as a passive bonus.
