fit pds to you low slot, instead of extender rigs use purgers and spr in lows and don't use scanner. also stabs are bad idea if you can fit covops cloak.

2 explosive hardeners and 2 plates are definitely more than enough, even 1 plate should be enough. Don't try to chase those sites though, i did like 10 sites and can't say that it was more profitable from even belt ratting.
