many ships can run those infinetly. Train the skills that reduce the cap use of those modules, get a ship with bonus to cap usage. Get cap recharge rigs/modules. The multi ECM and warp disruptor eat a lot of cap compared to their "siblings"

Who says, that the newb with a 50mil SP char will buy/use capital ships? Everything he/she flies, is superior to 800.000 SP char's ships. It's an easymode, bought with money.

You forgot "Signal Disruption Amplifier" from ECM related rigs. Tech I gives -20% capacitor need for ecm and ecm-burst modules. Tech II gives -25% on those. Great guide, -wic

and i still have no idea what to train next, if i'd stay caldari. Battlecruisers are allmost as good as battleships, and plenty cheaper. 80-90% of the "after BS" ships are fleet/gang warfare vessels. damn. give soloers some crumbs :D
