A mothership with no fighters isn't much of a threat.

Hey Mr Goon. In one of your screenshots, there doesn't appear to be a local list.
What's up with that?

As I've already stated, this is mostly a matter of usability and taste. The nebulae and blinking stars need to be optional.
The bright nebulae mess with the controls and windows visibility, therefore they need to be severely toned down or turned off (and by your own argument, any pod pilot would turn them off for that very reason).
Additionally, those of you who like bright fluffy clouds and blinking stars can keep them on, and those of us that like black space with stars as hard points of light can turn them off. ...

It was broken for a bit and local didn't appear. Neither did Corp or Alliance.
Local is currently in Delayed mode in w-space.

Two reasons:
1.) EVE System > Subspace communication beacon unreachable. Channel list unavailable.
2.) Prism said so.

Wait wait wait.
That sounds like your name only shows up if you speak. But calling it delayed mode implies it'll show up after x minutes. Which is it?

"Delayed Mode" is our term for functionality whereby your portrait only shows up in local chat once you have said something. There is no timer. It is entirely dependent on whether or not you say something in the channel.

We didn't die, you can tank them all without a problem, however they kill fighters and drones with ease, and their AI, quite good ;)

This sounds like a change that, as of right now, will benefit the Goons and all of those attacking the ex-BoB space. Why, if this change could have been implemented all this time, are you just now getting around to it, right after BoB lost their space and Goons+allies are in a position to capitalize on this change? -----

Quoting for the Irony. You are W-Space has mass (i.e number of ship) limits right?
Actually, Delayed mode can be ok. I would like a indication if a system is empty or not - no need for numbers. No point travaling through hundreds of w-space systems scanning away for targets if they are empty. --

Yes, i am aware W-Space has mass restrictions. That doesn't change change anything with regards to the primary mechanic of local. It doesn't have the slightest to do with it.

Goonswarm would be in a position to capitalize on such a change regardless of the situation in delve.

So - the lil critters like to shoot the drones and prevent cap regen. Sounds like more or less fieldday for Caldary passive tanks. Yeah - takes ammo, but at least passive tank can tank and missiles dont take cap to shoot like lasers would.

I was actually considering a completely team focused guardian pair/triplet(possibly basi's as well), with a few buffer tanked dps cruiser/bs/cs/hac/SC/whatever
The guardians would be able to keep themselves alive, two of them cap sharing is infinite cap/s from nowhere... so err I dont see those dieing easily.
Possibly the alpha though, I hope its not too much lol; I dont think you can fit a rack of large rr's with a 1600 plate
