Shadow Cadre is a Corporation comprised of pilots who prize loyalty, respect, teamwork, friendship, and most of all honor. We don't grief, or pirate. We will however passionately defend ourselves should we have to! We're based in Minmatar Space... seeking to raise standings for Minmatar Empire. We welcome all races and any pilots new and old. New pilots will be trained and given financial assistance as your needs grow. Older pilots will be expected to fend for themselves but any effort you give will be returned doubly so! We currently have a pair of freighters... and will soon have a fleet of Orca's at our disposal. (Yes... you heard right... a fleet!) We also run missions on a constant basis.... we have access to level 5's but mostly run 4's. And if your bored mining rock and running missions... we have an alliance in constant need of roaming gangs and defense forces... with plenty to do as far as PVP'ing goes. While it may not be our main focus... it's needed to ensure growth for our corporation. We have lots to do... and many goals. The rewards are great... but we need dedicated pilots to help us get there! What we have: 1: Freighters to haul tons of crap! 2: Industrial Pilots to help you mine without a jet can via Secure Cans! Soon you won't need them... an Orca can be summoned to make it easier! 3: Numerous Combat pilots to help escort, run missions, and other various things! 4: A steady collection of BPO's growing to help kick start your manufacturing skills! 5: Access to 0.0 space where you can PVP, run risky missions, or mine! 6: A dedicated leadership staff to keep you on track! 7: Private Teamspeak Server 8: Private Web Server with Forums, Wikipedia Server, Email Server for staff. 9: Plenty of Department jobs for ambitious pilots who want to "run things" 10: High Security to ensure corporation assets stay corporation assets! 11: A team willing to help you get where you need to go over time! 12: Leadership staff who have been leading gaming clans for over 5 to 20 years! 13: People who respect real life and will be willing to be forgiving (within reason) 14: No fee's or surprises... should you gain membership there's a 2 million ISK alliance membership fee, but we are very forgiving as 2 million is chump change to most people! First months on us to help get you started! What we want: 1: You being available in Minmatar Space (High standings are plus!) 2: You being willing to let us check you out for a few weeks before being allowed to join. After all you need to make sure you like us as well! 3: Full API Key to be surrendered after 3 Months of membership for Security Audit 4: Pilots who are willing to keep things clean and on the level... honesty is best! 5: Pilots who will always be doing something constructive for the corporation! 6: Complete loyalty and dedication to our team! 7: People who respect the chain of command not just in mind but in heart. 8: Pilots who will go the extra mile to help out others! Qualifications: Be able to Salvage Be able to Mine reasonably well. (Not necessarily a mining barge/exhumer pilot) Be able to defend yourself in a PVP situation Be able to use Tractor Beams Be able to use Web/Target Painters Be able to pilot an sizable Industrial Hauler ship. Have Teamspeak installed and ready to use! (Mic not required but suggested) Have X-fire installed and ready to use! Notes: We don't currently have any POS's deployed due to low standings, but will drop one ASAP as soon as we are able to... we intend to begin manufacturing and BPO research en-masse.
