Commando Jaxx Mean Corp Mean Coalition	Posted - 2009.02.22 20:33:00 - [1] Hey All, well the problem is ive installed the newest patch for the test server and when i open the client it looks like this which is bizzare and when ive logged in and selected my character it has the bar saying "logging in as Commando Jaxx" and doesnt move from there. Ive also deleted the test folder and remade it installed the patch and it is still the same. Please help if possible. Thanks, Jaxx

And right enough, when you run it, it crashes. "This is a test patch from 75883 to 80627 Checksum: d0ef1a7997eb88c2f203f3548e8b74e9 Size: 1476613 Kbytes" 864KB downloaded, Almost 1.5GB expected. Quality.

Quality. The 800kb is the downloader application. That application will then identify the patch you need and fetch the appropriate installer. It is still under development, which is why patching to the test server is being handled by it. If it started and failed then a) please file a bug report and b) try again?

Its a strange problem with station environments, you'l find if you were logging in space, you'd be fine. The answer is simple - go to the escape menu, shortcuts tab, and setup a shortcut for "exit station". Come out of the escape menu and use your shortcut, you should undock fine (except for your other gfx problem... )

Genya Arikaido	Posted - 2009.02.23 02:28:00 - [23] This happens a lot. It means you're either trying to use a shader model version your card does not support, or you have HDR/Bloom on. Drop shader quality to low and turn off HDR and all Premium graphics options in the esc menu. Then turn stuff on one at a time until it goes away and still looks nice. If the above failed to fix the problem, your video card is from 1995, doesn't support shader model anything, and you really need a new PC. Help me move to Iceland!
