Not practical and not worth the time to get wound up about. So I just laughed about it with CCP and CSM in iceland and we just wrote it off as serious-business goons trying to fix an election. Lucky for you guys I have a sense of humour and a profession that isn't biased against internet prostitutes and brothel keepers. Take it or leave it. But you'll note I'm not the one boasting the BBC about my culture of telling lies about a video game. Ha! Now you're just making things up. I'd really love to see any member of the CSM or CCP confirm that they had a 'laugh' about this. But of course they wont, because it never happened.

They are our friends, brothers in arms and firm companions and are embraced as such, so when we say Goons we don't mean just the members of our corporation - we mean all our allies and friends. Kenny is just the opposite - when they say Kenzoku, they mean only the member corporations of Kenzoku. The KFC are just slack-jawed drones that prove useful as cannon fodder and bait and anything they accomplish is only made possible because Kenny allowed it to happen. You are confused by semantics, but Goonfleet and it's allies aren't and that's all that matters. It was one of the largest, actually, and was extremely well built. The problem with this information is that we have no PRIOR info on it. We don't know the construction rate they used because no one from that era who flew a covops AND may have scanned their systems is even still around. BoB leadership forums had no record of observed speeds (although a very very rough estimate can be gotten from their forums' posts like "placed a few towers today here", etc etc) A large chunk of time is lost to...well, time. We CAN, however, see from 1 year prior to my joining, which is when Eve Online players began recording such things and tracking them. Since that time, no alliance has built at this rate ever. 2 got almost 2/5 the speed but both suffered a catastrophic loss in the process in one form or another (one was a pirate corp attempting to invade Goonswarm's neighbors, the other was a BoB pet which disbanded) So we don't know how fast it was built, but we know the old Delve infrastructure was solid as a rock. To answer your question "How is this different than last time?" Well, all that is gone now. Gone. That is how it is different. Kenzoku (now, Kenzoku) is suffering not only a major loss of structures in a short time span, it is also dealing with a rising of enemy structures and holdings in it's own borders. It is like you injected a cancer cell in to a patient with AIDS. There is no way that the remaining defenses can handle the growth without outside support. It's math. Hope this helps. Lucky for you guys I have a sense of humour and a profession that isn't biased against internet prostitutes and brothel keepers. Take it or leave it.
