I know this isn't a PVP ship, but it's just so shiny that I can't help but want to fly it. I also know that if I want to PVP in this hull I should buy the Navy Issue, but let's assume that's not an option. So far the best fit I can find for this thing:
[Augoror, Limp Wrist] Medium Armor Repairer II Damage Control II Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II Heat Sink II
Medium Capacitor Booster II, Cap Booster 800 Fleeting Warp Disruptor I
Medium Pulse Laser II, Scorch S Medium Pulse Laser II, Scorch S Medium Pulse Laser II, Scorch S Medium Energy Neutralizer II
Energy Burst Aerator I Auxiliary Nano Pump I Auxiliary Nano Pump I
Hobgoblin II x1
This works out to a measly 137 DPS tanked and 120 DPS dealt at up to ~13km. Anyone have any suggestions for PVP fits on the Augoror? I know it's dumb, but run with it! Work on a 100,000,000 isk budget including the ship and insurance please. ---

Why not fly an omen? You need mwd or at least AB on that, and even then its not impressive.
If you want to use it, fly for logistics and people will love you.

Didn't the Navy Augoror get nerfed out of game? I had a Navy Augoror in my hangar which mysteriously morphed into a Navy Omen?

dps 152 with all 5, but with my skills 122. ehp 52659 all 5, 50855 my skills. only ab but you have scrambler to take off speed from any ship with have mwd. rigs cause you rigged yours :) but its still expensive toy...
if you like rigged extremly heavy tanked cruisers try maller:

dps 200+ ehp about 68k - better than most battlecruisers...
active tank on cruiser class ship its mistake - you very soon be out of cap if anyone use neut on you.

No rigs cause its an augoror. Drop to t1 gear on everything but the guns and the heatsinks if you want to be really cost effective. I'm pretty sure this can take out an interceptor that closes to scram range or be a significant threat to an af. Not going to kill another cruiser thats fit well.
I would design a remote cap transfer ship and tell you to fly it with a couple buddies in small ships for lulz, but I cant think how remote cap transfer would help all that much anyway. In a large fight where heavy nuets are in play and some tanks are very cap intensive remote cap boosting could be useful. However that situation is one where the aug would be instapopped. Any situation where an aug is following around a large cap intensive tanked ship I see the aug getting tacken down quickly first. And following multiple small ships like afs its likely to contribute very little because most afs are relatively cap stable, and being the slowest thing on the field it would die first.

Since this ship doesn't get any bonuses to lasers, I decided to fit AutoCannons on it instead. Damage is still pitiful, but it's an Augoror. If you want to go the Armor Repair route:
[Augoror, lolz] Medium Armor Repairer II Damage Control II Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II Gyrostabilizer II
Stasis Webifier II 10MN Afterburner II
220mm Vulcan AutoCannon II, Phased Plasma M 220mm Vulcan AutoCannon II, Phased Plasma M 220mm Vulcan AutoCannon II, Phased Plasma M Small Nosferatu II
Not cap stable, but with decent skills you can keep it all on for over 2 minutes. I would pack an ECM drone. No particular reason other than they're fun (or, for laughs, pull out a target painter drone).
I would rather fly with an 800mm RT Plate - it will push your EHP up past 22k, more with good armor compensation bonuses (24k). With the armor repairer, you're looking at something closer to 12k EHP. The plate fit will require AWU 1, leaving .35 PG to spare, or downgrade a gun or the AB.
You could try fitting blasters on there instead, but you're going to need to get very close. I'd stick with the scorch pulses or the autocannons so that you can do some damage at range.
Good luck.

No one is taking full advantage of the augorors main bonus, aka, armor.
I've got an 80mil augoror, i know!, in my bay with trimarks and armor paltes up the wazoo.
When a cruiser has as much armor as a battleship, it's fun times

To get the most out of the navy augor (assumption being you have a propulsion mod) you actually need DED 1660 + 800 plates (for fitting). Add some trimarks and energised regenerative membranes plus slaves. Most people tend to forget regeneratives exist. ***The EVE servers and their patches*** |

It's fail to point out the most obvious flaw with the, probably, most underused ship in the game?
Hang on while I rather go post it under "Hopes and Dreams"
Anyways, I get a childish "Fail" retort from someone who's putting up a 100 mill budget to fit a logistic ship as a combat vessel.

Features and Ideas is the name of that forum. Sorry, pet hate to see "this is how this ship should be!" posts in this forum.
