It's an Excel File, not sure how to convert to a PDF, and it does not have any of the bonuses for Skills/Rigs/Implants, yet. But if you like please let me know what I can add and I will see what I can do.

edit I kinda like it, it's a nice starting point. I'm assuming that the max cargo is figured with all the lows filled Cargo Expander IIs, and that the max speed is based on that. Took me a minute to figure out why a few of the boxes were colored, so maybe adding a color key would be useful.
Another thought: Add a column for the number of cargo expanders you want fitted (add a formula to check that it doesn't exceed the # of low slots), and then base the max speed off that. I think that would be more useful since I've found that I've never needed more than about 2K of cargo and fit for speed so I can zip around and loot/salvage. Salvage doesn't take much cargo anyway, it's all the loot that takes up space.

I kinda like it, it's a nice starting point. I'm assuming that the max cargo is figured with all the lows filled Cargo Expander IIs, and that the max speed is based on that. Took me a minute to figure out why a few of the boxes were colored, so maybe adding a color key would be useful.

Whoops, forgot that while I was messing around, I had colored the one I was using. thank you for the info, yeah I was also thinking about setting a formula that you could enter the stats of the cargo expanders you had, and it would figure from there. Will have to see about the Spped boost modules that would be enterable to see the effect on the cargo capacity as well. not to mention the skills of the player. May have to put in a Stats Page

will that allow for people to add their stats and changes? or is OpenOffice another type of Spreadsheet Program? My apologies for being a Newbie in that regard.

AFAIK, there aren't any skills that affect cargo capacity, but I may be mistaken. Maybe some rig skills, IDK, I'd have to look in EFT to be sure.
Openoffice is free software to view/edit MS Office documents. Then again, my Office 2K3 Professional Suite didn't "cost" me much either. Sshhhhh.... ---

ok sory i know this is a bit off topic, but if openoffice can see and edit MS Office documents then I don't have to switch the stuff over, whew, that's a load off. will probably work on getting a better copy tomorrow.

Well, just messing around with your spreadsheet, need to have the skill(s) that affect speed, Navigation is the only one I think. Haven't quite worked out the formula for the speed penalty of the cargo expanders though, but I'm sure you can search the forums.
I hope you don't mind, but I took some liberties with your spreadsheet. Maybe I'll try to take another look at the speed penalties tomorrow for you. ---

ok this is a bit freaky, you ready for this, each set of Speed Effecters has it's own stacking penalty, as in Rigs get their own, Cargo Expanders get their own, and Overdrives get their own, I have another thread that is trying to gather information about whether or not a total speed rigged + Overdrived ship is set to just run 1 Stacking penaly applied to the whole set or if it truely is set up where the rigs get their own and the injectors ditto.

Enh, you locked it so I can't look at your formulas.
Need to add Nanofiber Internal Structures, they add to velocity. Also need to check math for cargo capacity and speed, both are off, terribly.
For example, this is my salvage domi: High: 3x TB1, 3x Salvager Mid: 2x Drone Navigation Computer 1, 2x Cap Recharger 2, 1x 100MN AB2 Low: 2x Nano Fiber 2, 4x Cargo Expander 2, 1x I Stab 2 Rig: 2x Cargo Optimization 1, 1x Aux Thruster 1
Navigation 5 and Armor Rigging 1
This gives me 2096.9 m3 cargo and 114 m/s velocity (99 without the Nanos since you don't have them in the spreadsheet)
Now your spreadsheet says I only have 1585.6 m3 cargo and can go 132.7 m/s. Also, as far as I could tell, changing my skill level in armor rigging had no effect.

dang it, seems I left out the part of including the cargo expander rigs when I put in the cargo codes, and I have yet to put any speed codes in, will work on getting the nano-thingys in, dang it tried to fit it all on one page, v. 1.4 in-progress
