I think everyone is misreading this. It is in the past tense, not present or future. He is not saying the last person in this thread who will ask for stuff. He is saying the last person who asked for it in a previous thread somewhere.
Now if we find out who this person is/was and hunt them down and kill them, then we could possibly gain the stuff that the OP is giving out.
