Right now, all unsuccessful locking attempts are shutting off queued modules.
Now apply this to, say, a bubble camp. You're camping a bubble when an enemy ship warps in. You do the familiar cntl-click spam on him in the overview until he locks. However, he's still technically warping in during the first few cntl-clicks, even if he doesn't appear to be. Your first unsuccessful locking attempt now deactivates all module queues, so when you do lock him, your modules will not be activated on him.
This is what I've experienced all day. This was not happening before Apocrypha. Is this a new bug or an intentional change? Having to reactivate modules every lock attempt in laggy situations... not cool.

probably one of the "exploits" that was fixed...tbh it was a great mechanic while it was around, but you can hardly think that it was "working as intended"

I didn't see anything about this in the patch notes, and cntl-click spam has been part of the game for a long time now... can't see it being called an exploit.

im talking about the primed weapons thing. I never said anything about ctrl+click.

that was never an exploit afaik ... it seperated the clever people from the crowd ...
anyway in this days of high agility, it is a must to catch anybody ... PvP got another nerf in this .... --- SIG --- CSM: your support is needed ! |
