I have two questions, first of all, what ships or types of ships are capable of successfully soloing in WH space? I fly gallente and was considering a double rep cap injected myrmidon, possibly with blasters and an afterburner. Or would I be better off in a dominix? As for the wormholes themselves, I would probably be entering from WHs found between .2 and .6 space.
Secondly, what is the rating system for wormhole difficulty? I've seen references to J1 and J2, and K-space, but if someone could me more specific, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks

You apparently havent read about how quickly the Sleepers target & eliminate drones.
Non-cap gallente drone ships should avoid Wormspace unless in a group.
From what I've read, wormspace solo is Fringe wormholes, not core or frontier holes. (regardless of start zone.)
Make sure you have plenty of probes to find your way back home.

I would plan to engage at a range where I could quickly scoop targetted drones. I was under the impression this was viable.

Warping in at 100 will only save you for so long, they have a 40km web/scram range, and some can fire easily from 100km out. Your Myrm will be ****d in short order. You can't solo any anomaly but you might be able to solo some grav sites since they usually only have a few frigates or a couple cruisers.

I was able to solo highsec w-space in a vexor, a myrmidon should do fine. You do have to babysit the drones, as many have said the sleepers like to shoot them.

I managed to run hi-sec wspace in an ishkur, although I wouldn't recommend it. Ishtar works much better though. I haven't tried vexor or myrmidon so can't comment.
Yes, they do retarget drones, but (at least in the ones I've run), you have plenty of time to pull the drones back in, and it's not like those ships don't have plenty of drone-space for backups.
On a side-note, I've noticed hammerheads seem to be the best to use (at least on the sleepers I've encountered)

In case of drone usage, wouldn't sentry drones be the ideal choice? Unless the sleepers fight very close range?

You can do it using drones, you just have to have half a brain.
Use drones that are one size smaller than the target when possible. With frigs, use heavies. They pop the target a lot faster than you may think.
With cruisers use lights.
With battleships use mediums.
It does work.
Also, with the lights, try to get in close once they start aggressing the drone with a remote repper. You can tank the drone while they all shoot at it.
