I would also like to advise you (to get the most viewing pleasure, because the music in this one is pretty wicked, more so than the music in FP5) that you listen to this video the first time around at least, with headset/earphones or with a thumping subwoofer :)

Again aside from a brief fight, all combat is solo in battleships as in my previous videos. Also the 2 year anniversary of my Dominix setup - particularly happy this setup has lasted so long.

Vid is broken for me starting @ the domi first fight.
Can play it beyond w/ vlc but the sound is broken etc etc 
Sadly, not downloading it again unless someone can up a reasonably sized mkv or whatever.
860mb is too big to begin with, let alone downloading it twice.

Aside from the Redeemer fight, imho it is solo. There one man behind the controls, running blind around eve in a battleship with no scout is suicide and always has been - though your due your opinion.

i think the fight in tama with the falcon angered me too much to enjoy the rest. What a bunch of ***gots they were, 6v1 but when your buddy showed up they all scattered lol.

Very nice movie I liked the stylised approach and the fights we really good, 1vMany is always great to watch. I like the amount active tanking shown its breath of fresh air, pvp scene has been filled with buffer tanks and slave sets of late so its cool to see some active tanks again.
Will keep and watch again for sure.
A couple of things i thought we a bit strange though, why did you show the loadout and fitting info image then show footage of different ship?
I saw the dual rep baddy and thought "**** yeah this is gonna be good" then its some domi footage im a bit like wtf ?
Its a little bit confusing i thought, you did that with every image, why not go Domi image -> domi footage phoon image -> phoon footage, etc just seems to make more sense that wat, at least to me.
The other thing i didn't like was when you had the fight verses a hyperion and some other **** in a phoon and you mentioned that your falcon was "anti-falcon" when it was clearly jamming the **** of the hype, whilst you didnt get jammed once. Im not saying that using the falcon is underhanded or anything, they are everywhere so its practically necessary to have your one shadowing you these days, its just that the misrepresentation is a bit lame ans kinda puts a downer on the fight.

A couple of things i thought we a bit strange though, why did you show the loadout and fitting info image then show footage of different ship?
When editing out a long video such as this, with the musical choice i had, it is virtually impossible to fit certain sections of the video with others due to it being out of sync and i wanted those tracks, so the video was edited around the music. When CCP make there trailers they have the vested intrested in making the musical score aroung the video.
So i matched them up as close to the actual usage of the ship being promoted. The Abaddon fit was used directly after the Dominix fight, the Typhoon was used after the Abaddon fight in Tama and finally the Domi was used right after the final render.
Its not perfect, but then again the is no rule agaisnt placing such renders beside a fight that uses such a ship. I strive to always be as open as i can about my fits.

The falcon was fit with 1x MWD, 1x Sensor booster, 1x ECCM, 2x Caldari racial, 1x Galente, 1x Multispec. It is primary a fit for counter jam. The Hyperion had no such projection during the fight, but i was very weary of starting to fight because of the Lach.
Now im not sure why i would be jammed? Since i was being Dampened, but as there group showed, they'd rather lazily pile on more numbers than fight on my terms, reguardless of there fleet content.
The Lach, if experienced should have 1. been fit properly and 2. been burning toward the falcon the minute it decloaked, but they didnt, they decided on putting all EW on my typhoon that was less than 2,500metres from they corp mate.
The Falcon during this fight was used justly and imho quite fairly - normally i wouldnt put such a fight in a video, but i felt that if they had experience and used them, i would not have killed a thing.
Finally ECM is chance based, so they were ultimatly unlucky - There is no such 'misrepresentation' as you say.

What Im saying its not some kind of mortal sin to use a falcon in a pvp movie so there is no need to say things like "anti-falcon" as a way to somehow justify its when its clearly not being used as anti falcon. Falcons generally dont make for exciting pvp but you shouldn't be defensive or feel you have to justify using it.

im not gunna do a bunch of quoting but i kinda thought the falcon was unnecessary, i mean falcons just suck i think you agree.
mainly i wanted to comment because you made reference in the video and now to the inexperienced lach pilot for not taking your falcon out of the fight. it seemed to me the lachesis had a choice between keeping you on the field and heading toward a falcon that in most cases will just cloak and reposition, rendering the lach basically useless. he chose to keep you on the field and help dps. maybe the wrong decision but i dont think a horrible noob decision.
just my opinion.
video was good. i thought 5 had slightly better content but still this stuff is of course well above the standard.

I founnd the music well chosen, othen than those old loxy rider vids...I dont think anyone else has the ability to match a fight to a song like you do....so many people just pick there favorite songs and dump them on a random fight,,
stupidly picked up tempo tracks like junkie xl's cities in dust (which is a great track) stuck on slow pased 1v1's and such
when that track would be so dramitic in a nice gang fight where the **** hits the fan.

People should shop tbh.
Virgin, sky, NTL and many others offer no limits and 98% coverage. With over *at the very least* 2mb per sec.
If you are still the person to have a bandwidth limit, id suggest you look at your Gas, Electric and Mobile phone bill too, Because chaces are your too lazy too look for a change, sorry but i agree with that quote, people need to be proactive here, i would never stand for a bandwidth limit.
800mb isnt really that big, if this is an issue, SERIOUSLY DO NOT DOWNLOAD, its not that good.
If its an HDD issue, 30 quid will get u a nice 500gb HDD. Sorry but this isnt the ole early 1990's days where space and programming was at a space saving premium. Its 2009, keep up or get lost in the technology.

Bit confused why this movie uses 6 month old clips when you obviously have made a fair few movies? Was ok but it's pre web nerf and would prolly lead most people to believe it is post.
Some good fights in there but fights like the 93pi i don't see why you let yourself be killed as that is a regional change gate you had a damn good chance of deagressing and getting away safely. Just some wierd things tbh... Overall there's some good fights and keep it up. (Do I know you? names familiar????)
Well despite most of my negative views I'll hand it to you for editing that part i enjoyed very much your talented in that regard.

Epic Domi fight at the end, absolute highlight of the vid. Been a Domi fan for all time and I love seeing it kicking ass. Just wish it worked that way for me! What rigs is it fitted with btw? Stunning piloting.
I'd also like to say I can't believe the manners of people complaining about the filesize/encoding. OP owes you nothing but a kicking TBH

I'm sorry but this vid does not live up to the standard you have set with your previous vids, many tactical mistakes and please, group your weapons! you spend so much time reloading and often dont use one gun or missile launcher.
The video was poorly orchestrated. Use clips where your ship survives before clips that you die. Also doing fancy graphics with a setup for a ship, then not even using that ship until 1 fight later, makes you go "WTF i thought it was abaddon/typhoon time, why is there a something else flying around?"
Even with these setbacks, I think its a better than average video, but please consider my points for your next video, you're capable of so much more :)
oh, and imo, you could have taken that nano gang, they were all inside your optimal, or atleast made em gtfo 
Can't wait for your next video!
p.s also needs more tempest.

This has confused some viewers, but i also felt that others simply took it as a presentation of a setup. I get asked about setups so i thought a interesting way to show them was through here. Perhaps it could have been better your way, but it would have (as i stated before) reconfigured the video so that the music would not have matched.

Not possible, one thing i know from making videos, is you noticing things in the fraps. What you could and could not have done. That fight was unlucky, but not killable as i was preparing to jump. Reentering jump range was unlucky. There were 3 ships in my web range and the rest at 25km+ they would have done as the Rapier had done previously and warped.
I add with respect ofc, that you posted with haste and didnt relise that some of your comments were in error. Thats ok i prefer to have critisms, but you pointed out your point of view and i respect that.
I dont however feel there were many (if any) tactical errors in my fighting, accept possibly the act of engaging/disengaging. Mebbie il have an eve fight where im able to show of something better, this was what came out this time. Its all chance based.

Imo those shipfit scenes can be used as intro's for ships and I think you should consider doing that in the future. It adds alot of hype to following scenes and stuff.
I realise that setting up the video like I suggested would mess up the music fit, but that is worth it in my opinion, music comes second to footage and orchestration of that footage.
I'm looking forward to what you come up with in your next video m8, and good luck with finding footage for that video

I too am now much in love with this Kessah person, and that's a sentiment from watching Forever Pirate 3-6, all in all, great fights, great action and cool music (Kil2, you've been bested =P) Though, I will admit Forevr Pirate 6 felt often times staged, with cans full of cap booster 800's for instance and so on =)
With that said, i salute thee, kessah, and i wish for much more videos, perhaps some solo-action in my homestead? I think this could make some nice vids =)

How come you use the Abaddon over the Hyperion? Seems the tank isnt that much different + you get the micro warp drive.

Thanks v much. Although i think staged is the wrong word, im merely using tactics that maximise my Battleship, its a matter of chance that what comes from that is what you see.

The tank is good on the Hyperion, but it is not the same as the Abaddon, its actually about 250 dps less effective with just t2, which imho as gun turret dps goes 200 would be a vast improvement.
I do use the Hyperion similarly to how i use my Abaddon, i just prefer the Abaddon since ive large pulse spec 5 and implants that support it - it fits me like a glove now.

i of course cannot speak for kessah, but to me you absolutely cant compare the efficacy of the hyperion vs the abaddon in eft. its not just more tank + mwd. blasters require a totally different type of piloting, benefit/suffer in totally different types of engagements, and supply a totally different experience. dont let eft jam you up =)

No prob. Yeah wmv -> mkv is a real pain to setup properly because wmv is proprietary and you kinda have to use a lot of hacks to get it working. Not as good as I would like it to be but I guess its at least smaller.

I really liked the movie in every way. Good moviequality, i loved the music and nice fights. Ive been inspired to try my domi that has been collecting dust for a long time. Only other movie ive felt forced to comment was clear skies. Now im off to download FP5
