So far the guns are in the possesion of NAGA-corp since Kragg didn't check the thread correctly and set up an escrow that was claimed by NAGA.
Hopefully an arangement can be made.

This bid had became a completly FAKE
1- winner is herot
2- In case herot wont win the winer would be me not Lord Byron, i posted b4 him the bid of 165 milion isk. Why he would win it if he had just equaled my bid? To win another bid you need to put a higher price, not equal it.

I must say that can't anything but agree with your reasoning here Kamel.
I had some problem getting in contact with Kragg in game initially yesterday, on either convo or eve-mail. I managed to get in contact with Byron however, and after some initial confusion he admitted defeat in the auction (he hadn't checked the first page after making his last bid) and he said that he hadn't been in contact with Kragg either .
Peculiar thing is that when I finally got Kragg in a Convo. I was already in a trade session with Freewheeling of NAGA Corporation to acquire some Cover Ops frigates. And as it turned out Kragg had already escrowed the guns to NAGA, and they had been claimed by Freewheeling that I had in my other convo (small world and all thatà.).
I talked a bit to him about the situation. But he seems to be of the opinion that "possession is nine tens of the law". But anyway he had just claimed the escrow for Byron as I understood it. I tried to invite Byron into the convo, but failed at that (he might have logged). At this point I had to go to bed. So I just sent an eve-mail to Byron explaining the situation. Trying to appeal to fair business ethics.
I will see if I get a positive answer on that when I log on tonight. If not I guess I'm still in search of new guns
