title says it all
now becuase i have two skill reimbursement petitions (2x6hrs where the skill queue didn't load next skill)
it won't let me add this, was against some bs's in an anomoly (blood), had almost full armor when the lag started, repairer going, almost full cap
game disconnects me
i come back in a pod.

what's your problem?
eve had a real issue and i lost ~50m of stuff
not my fault.
and i want it resolved.
though the suicide gank in jita that just lost me another 50m was my fault :/ T_T

IB4 "our logs show nothing".
It's pointless to ask for your stuff back unfortunately. It even says in the EULA or some such that they don't reimburse losses caused by lag or d/c.

You are not getting anything back. I know of a guy who lost a Golem the same way, he never got it back although he fought for it with petitions.

You have no chance at all. Losing ships to lag while ratting/or PvPing is an occupational hazard. That's always been the way sadly...

Ive had someone in a corp get their raven(no modules tho) back from a lag death so its not impossible just improbable

so even though it's not my fault i lost my ship (ie i would have been able to take action had my armor reached critical level had i not been dc'd... as i had several times prior to this event doing the same anomoly)
and losing it really screwed my funds up
there's basically no way of getting compensation?

Its been this way since I first started back in 2003. I agree it sucks but that's the way of things. You'd have thought that after 6 years the logs might show more, but they certainly don't seem to. Can't blame GMs for this either as they can only go on what they can see with their tools. Blame, if there is any, lies fairly and squarely with the developers.

If you are aggressed, you will not emergency-warp immediately upon disconnection. The game waits for a while (I am not clear on the timing - 1 minute, or the remainder of the aggression countdown or some such), then warps you to "safety".
There's an interesting thread on the EVE forums about how to beat loggoffski pilots using the games aggression/emergency warp mechanics against the loggoffski pilot.
Very interesting reading.
