I think you got the wrong forum
AND
I'd pay at most, hmm, 500 mil ISK for it (since you only have less than 2 mil SP that are USEFUL for a freighter pilot, let's say nearly 3 mil if you include learnings and some not-mandatory support skills, all of which can be easily trained using one single PLEX on a trial account, and I was also including the skill and implant costs into that).
But I'm sure you'll find some sucker that will pay 1 bil ISK for it if you look hard enough and are very patient.

Open your eyes, theres Price Checks done on this forum all the time. So he came to the right place. So I suggest your align your attitude for some where better, cause your mouth seems to be orbiting a black hole.

As for the freighter char. I dunno I say you could get 1 billion, to 2 bills for your char. A freighter pilot is coming into heavy demand now and days since buy orders are geting bigger and farther away. I dont know of any support skills needed for a freighter since as far as I know nothing really effects that tub lol ^_^
Heck theres hulk pilots going for 3 and 4 billion here with less SP then you. And there books dont cost as much.

BAREBONES Freighter pilots (2.3M SP) sell on average of 1.1 to 1.3B isk, you allmost have Industry V done and that also opens up the t2 haulers, add in the cloaking skill to IV so you can warp cloaked and your hauler toon might fetch upwards 1.5b or even more
You have alot of other 'wasted' skills for a hauler alt but thats ok they wont lower value very much if at all
If you give it a few more months and also go for JumpFreighter you might get 3.5 to 4B for it.
the ISK per SP ratio is WAY DIFFRENT on Utility Alts that never require another day training, you do not price them like a PVP toon with the same number of SP
The time saved, the utility of the toon, the speed of your delivery of said toon to someone who needs one RIGHT NOW is what gets you these prices.
The batteries in your new TI-X30 calculator are capable of recharging by themselves. Do not attempt to replace them.

If he can pilot a freighter and has high security status then I will buy it for 1 bil isk.

Yes he can fly providence and transport ships atm and has high sec status, i ll upgrade some of his skills also and i ll sell him in one week time. I expect to get 1,5bill from him if possible.
