OK scratch that.
For some reason it didn't like that I'd installed the snapshot.
Rolling back fixed it...
Thanks for all your help...

Do we need to update evemon manually somehow, or will evemon update itself?
Also, if I have to manually update, will my plans be transferred automatically. Any instructions on this floating around?

All of your plans are stored in %APPDATA%\EVEMon along with your settings, upgrading EVEMon will not delete you plans. In the unlikely event something goes wrong EVEMon keeps backups of your settings.xml file which contains everything.
There was a data file update for Dominion 1.0, no application update. Ensure you have auto-update selected in settings and EVEMon will update itself and the data files when a new version is available.

1.3.0 has been released today:
- Auto-update will kick in within the next two hours for existing users.
- BattleClinic is going to be under heavy load, please be patient.
- A list of New Features and Bug Fixes is available.
- You can manually download the update.
A big thanks to all of the contributors and testers who put in the effort to work with us on 1.3.0. In particular DonQuiche and Jimi who dedicated a lot of time to get this product working.

Originally by: Clueless Alt The auto update install evemon to %programfiles%/evemon/ and not the previous folder. It sucks.
Good work beside that.
I was wondering where it went - SANE SENSIBLE behaviour would have put it in the directory the older version was in, and I couldn't figure out where the autoupdater stuffed it.
I HATE it when a program insists on stuffing stuff where it feels like it - some of us DO NOT USE C: DRIVE FOR DATA OR MISC PROGRAM STORAGE, but for boot and OS ONLY.
I also noticed the new version seems to have put the skill training que on the front now instead of a skills list, but that doesn't display the name of the skills that are training AT ALL - even via mouseover.
Guess I'll be sticking with the older version I have that WORKS.

When I minimize EVEMon now, instead of going to the taskbar icons by the clock it's just minimized to the taskbar so there is no way I can hover my mouse over it and pull up my skill training without opening EVEMon again.

I was trying to use the market orders option to be able to keep track of my trade alt. There was no "add character" option, so I just went to add account. Added in my full API and it added the trade alt, but deleted the first character. Tried it again to make sure I checked off both of them and nothing happened. Then deleted the trade alt and started from scratch with the full API and checked both characters, and now neither will add.

@Daneel Trevize, Can you post a screenshot for me.
@Leocadminone, This is actually fixed in 1.3.0, however seing as 1.2.8 launches the installer it won't take effect untill the next auto-update. With regards to training queue on the front, EVEMon will remember which view you had each character in, so if training queue was selected last that will be first. Regardless of which view you are using the currently training skill is shown at the problem. If this is not the case, please could you provide a screenshot either here, on BattleClinic or via Twitter to @EVEMon.
@Breaker77, There is an option in settings (Tools -> Options... -> System Tray Icon...) set for display the TrayIcon select "Always", for Main Window close behaviour select "Minimize to System Tray".
@Dental Floss, I am unsure what you mean by nothing happened? no Characters were added?

I suspect that you needed to check also the box of the characters you want to show up in the characters tab of the account manager.

Liking the new style and while Hulkageddon is on, I am REALLY looking forward to trying out the Market Orders.
One comment/query - in Fittings - did it used to tell you if something was Low/Mid/High - it doesn't at the moment...

Crap. You're totally right. With so many things reworked, this slipped through. Will look into it and fix it. |

Option to use the old relocation methods would've been nice. Having to do it manually annoying now I'm use to it doing it by itself :P Most people will read this thinking it's part of my post, when its actually my sig :P

I know how you feel, bugged me for a while (manual relocation has been patched in for 5 months). We are looking at introducing an automatic method shortly, it wasn't ready in time for 1.3.0 and will require much testing. I think your signature is very apt, in this instance ;). |

Not sure what happened but the planner is unusable for me now. It used to be that skills in the planner that didn't have prerequisites complete were shaded lighter. Now they are an unacceptable red. I can't seem to get it back to the way it was.

We recolored the plan entries to match the skill color in every given position in EVEMon. Previously the coloring was inconsistent to the character's skill list, skill browser, planner. Now they are unified. Upon getting used to the color changes you won't have any problem using your plans. We are thinking to add in planner an info text to what every color represents.
Discussion in EVEMon Forum.
