I love flying Amarr, and I love flying frigates. I figured I should at least try to make a useful setup for solo/small gang PvP with what was available to me.
[Vengeance, PvP - Solo] 200mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I Small Armor Repairer II Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II Damage Control II
1MN Afterburner II Warp Scrambler II Fleeting Propulsion Inhibitor I
200mm AutoCannon II, Republic Fleet EMP S 200mm AutoCannon II, Republic Fleet EMP S 200mm AutoCannon II, Republic Fleet EMP S Small Energy Neutralizer II
Projectile Collision Accelerator I Projectile Burst Aerator I
11,007 Effective HP with my skills, cap stable at 55% without the armor rep on. Caps out after 46 seconds with all modules, 85 defense tank. 92 DPS.
I have no missile skills and mostly lvl 5 gunnery skills so I felt this was the better option. I'm finishing Small Projectile 5 today, starting on T2 Autocannons the moment it gets done.
Any suggestions? Have a better fit? Throw it on up here!

I fly my Vengeance as follows:
SAR II x2 EANM II Energized Thermic Membrane II
Gistii B-Type 1MN AB Warp Scram II Small Cap Injector II (150s)
x4 Rocket Launcher II
Sick tank, 100 DPS with Rage, and the cap injector allows the ship to maintain a tackle on **** like Curses and FOTM Vagas. Much success with this setup.

There really is no love for the vengeance is there? No speculation on either of our setups? I've got the small neut on there to annoy frigates, but is it a good idea?

Vengeance is a great Tackling ship, but i wouldnt recommend it for solo work, but put it together with a Retribution and you can do some decent dmg to people

This is my set-up
4 rocket launchers MWD,warp scram, small cap booster (150's) 2 small armor reps, 2 EANM
anti thermic pump, aux nano pump
With the reps overloaded + standard exile booster = mini damnation

I much prefer a Neut over the NOS unless I am solely intending on holding a target down.
I have tried to like the AC Vengeance (more cap to tank and pin a target down) but frankly the DPS is just too low even in 'gank' form. Blasters are the way forward if trying to solo.
Rest of your setup looks similar to mine. I find the dual-rep variant kills your cap too fast and no chance i'm dropping a webifier for a cap-booster.
Rigging a Vengeance is pointless. Both those rigs equal one Vengeance in cost. A sensible-ish rig is the tracking one and that should do. They cost about 4 mil and make the 200mm guns track as well as the 150s but even then it's debateable. Your not getting a massive amount more performance over the Punisher so don't make the ship too costly.
It's a fun ship and can solo, it's just a little unconventional. Still being the only viable 'solo' T2 Punisher for Amarr it will have to do. Plus it's black...
