It's dark and tiny. This is the only game I've ever seen with no ability to really increase the font size (or brightness/gamma whatever it seems) of all UI text. No setting it at 12 and expanding it does not do much to help at all.
I know it's been complained about many many times before but come on it's 2009 now. 24"+ Monitors are the norm now. Please make a more scalable UI text. Better yet scrap the whole 12 year old spreadsheet type UI and come up with a new one. This is 2009
Thanks

Actually, yes. Most of us have one, if not two, 24" Dells on our desks

I too have tons of trouble reading the text. I too often find myself leaning forward into the screen in an uncomfortable manner.
Yeah, it's a minor thing. But if I could crank the font size up about 3 points I would be so happy.
no more stinging back and bleeding eyes from playing eve.

I was thinking this today after having a new 2048*1152 screen. Expanding looks quite bad, and I just can't see the difference between the 10 and 12 setting at all.
Defo very small for today's screens

For the time being until it gets fixed, play in window mode and set your resolution to a readable size. ------------------------------------

I dont know what land you live in I dont think 24 inch monitors are the "norm" yet. I definately dont have one and I only know a couple people that have 22's or so.

I know what they mean though, I am on a 21" old crt that works awesome though. I cannot run my higher resolution 1600x1200 in game because everything just gets too tiny.

If you're over 40 the type is too small on a 15" CRT monitor. Sep'Shoni

Yep, reading text on my EIZO 24" isn't comfortable from 1m distance as it should be. With such big monitor it's very bad for your eyes to move closer. I'm now writing from and old 17" LCD and have near a 21" widescreen as main monitor - I can see 10-11pt text with ease, but in EVE it looks more like 8-9pt in size, witch is unreadable.
