and other stuff like Damiana, which has a crapload of good effects.

Generally speaking, full-on smoking (Directly inhaling smoke into your lungs) is pretty harmful regardless of the source. (You can get emphysema from any smoke source if the exposure is high enough and long enough, for example.) Second-hand smoking (smoke inhaled from the surrounding air) is less harmful, but still dangerous over long periods of time or for small children. As a Cigar smoker myself I always smoke outdoors to limit my lung's exposure to smoke while still being able to enjoy the flavor and experience of a fine cigar.
However, since you have said that you've lost the enjoyment of tobacco, there are multiple stop-smoking programs and smoking-substitutes available to pretty much anyone in the west. I would recommend consulting your physician. Just remember, no program or patch or gum is a substitute for will power. If you want to quit you have to want it down to your toes or tobacco will beat you.
Good luck brother. Fix the Wardec System! Upgrade the Probing System! |

May have to look at that. I've been working with nicorrette gum for a week now and so far I've reduced my daily smoking by half.

I was smoking about a pack of camels a day. I started the nicotine lozenges about two weeks ago and am down to maybe 1 or 2 a day. The habit of smoking is the hardest part to beat. There is nothing like a smoke after a meal or with coffee. Beat the habit and you beat the addiction. The lozenges just keep me from killing people in the process. |

You need to find something else to do to beat the fidget factor.
Get a book or a deck of cards or a gameboy or something.
