I need to know which one i should try to go for since i can fly any of them now. Pros and cons of each. I do mainly PVE stuff so i am looking towards that. If you have some PVP builds that would be a bonus.

Edited by: TraininVain on 13/04/2009 03:49:49 Vexor tbh.
Pros: Drones.
Cons: If you don't pay attention or get DC'd a lot you will have to replace drones.

this. especially for missions. I use this:
[Vexor, Missions] Medium Armor Repairer II Armor Thermic Hardener II Armor Kinetic Hardener II Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
Large Peroxide I Capacitor Power Cell Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II
Dual 150mm Compressed Coil Gun I, Antimatter Charge M Dual 150mm Compressed Coil Gun I, Antimatter Charge M Dual 150mm Compressed Coil Gun I, Antimatter Charge M Dual 150mm Compressed Coil Gun I, Antimatter Charge M [empty high slot]
[empty rig slot] [empty rig slot] [empty rig slot]
highs are your choice though. And then, he killed the dog... |

drones >>>> blaster and rails in pve and pvp. therefore, vexor. down the road, should you get t2 rails and blasters, all the better.

So for now drones and later T2 rails and blasters?

yep, Vexor is the standout cruiser in the gallente hangar.
IMO, train for t2 light & med drones, and use 5x t2 med drones. the Vex can fly 2H, 2M, 1L but for the missions you'll be facing, getting around the battlefield quickly is more important.
light & med t2 drones are pretty quick to train for.
use rails, active armour tank it, and you'll be fine. check battleclinic for fits.

For PVE, the Vexor is the better choice, for PVP, it's debatable, but my preference still stands on the smiling Vexor.
[Vexor, Lv.II ] Damage Control II Medium Armor Repairer II Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II 1600mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I
Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II
125mm Railgun II, Caldari Navy Antimatter Charge S 125mm Railgun II, Caldari Navy Antimatter Charge S 125mm Railgun II, Caldari Navy Antimatter Charge S 125mm Railgun II, Caldari Navy Antimatter Charge S [empty high slot]
[empty rig slot] [empty rig slot] [empty rig slot]
Hammerhead II x5 Hobgoblin II x10
That's a decent Lv.II/III setup. (Not sure how it fares on III's though) Cap stable with everything burning so you've just got to drift into your Railgun optimals (depending largely on the optimals of each type, be it Spike or Antimatter, whilst your drones tear up the place.
[Vexor, Light Neutrons | 1600mm | Small Neut | SAR] Damage Control II Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II 1600mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I Small Armor Repairer II
Y-T8 Overcharged Hydrocarbon I Microwarpdrive Stasis Webifier II Warp Disruptor II
Light Neutron Blaster II, Caldari Navy Antimatter Charge S Light Neutron Blaster II, Caldari Navy Antimatter Charge S Light Neutron Blaster II, Caldari Navy Antimatter Charge S Light Neutron Blaster II, Caldari Navy Antimatter Charge S Small Energy Neutralizer II
[empty rig slot] [empty rig slot] [empty rig slot]
Hammerhead II x2 Hobgoblin II x1 Warrior II x5 Berserker I x2
PVP setup.

correct. think of them as supplemental dps. drones is where it's at for gall ships. you may want to look at this thread for pvp loadouts: http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1048125
