Anyone else notice they don't work?
I even put my Warfare link alt less than 2K from my main ship and started "Siege Warfare Link - Shield Harmonizing" which is a 6% boost to shield resists.
EM on my main still shows 0% and all other resists are were they are with the module turned off.
Also noticed that "Siege Warfare Link - Shield Efficiency" doesn't decrease the amount of cap used.
Pre the March update my Raven was cap stable running 3 hardeners and a shield booster. Post the March update I run out of cap.

Used to work as Fleet leader as long as Fleet Booster was applied to the toon boosting. Did they change that in the last expansion?

Ganglinks are working fine, I use them often enough.
In order for gang members to recieve bonuses you need to set up the gang correctly.
sqd ldr - bonus giver
sqd members - recieve
wing commander - bonus giver
no sqd ldr
sqd members - don't recieve bonuses
*********************************************************
FC - claymore
WC - damnation
sqd ldr 1 - has ldrship 5
sqd ldr 2 - has ldrship 5
etc etc etc
those members would all get bonuses
Basically don't promote somebody higher than they need to be. Also if you're in a larger gang/want certain people to be warping ppl make sure that the people you put into the various positions have the skills to be in that position, if they don't(from my observations) no bonuses will be given to the people below them.
Hope this is somewhat clear

Ok so if I understand it correctly, if the FC is boosting it should affect the WC's correct? I even put my main as a WC and received no bonus.
I will try putting the booster in a lower position than FC and see if that changes anything.

Ok apparently I got some work to do on my booster. It did work when I put my alt as squad commander and myself as squad member.
Strange though as I used to get the effect before the March 10th expansion. Haven't played since Jan though other than to change skills etc.

If your team is no more then 10 person just put your self to squad commander and the others to squad members.
2 person / leadership lvl so on lvl 5 you can boost 10 squad members. If you have wing commander skill you can boost 1-5 squad depending on your lvl. Also you will need a good leadership skilled squad commander for the squad below.
+ you all need to be in the same solar system to receive the bonuses.
