Sapphire's ATI Radeon 4850 here, on a AMD 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+ CPU, 3+gigs RAM... ATI 9.4 drivers.
Same problem... Interdictor bubbles work, HIC bubbles no.

I have the same card, and I do remember seeing a HIC bubble the last time I was in 0.0 a month ago. Not sure if I am able to see them now though. -------- Bender: Ahhh, what an awful dream. Ones and zeroes everywhere... and I thought I saw a two. Fry: Don't worry, Bender: there's no such thing as two. |

last patch:
"The Focused Warp Disruption script will no longer generate a visual bubble around a Heavy Interdictor as this was causing confusion. The script will still scramble within the correct area of effect. "

That would be when the script is loaded and the ship is not creating a bubble, but we are talking about when there is no script loaded and the ship is creating a bubble.

Ok, I had a bug in my settings folder in under my cache directory. Fixed now. Export your overview before you do this.
------===
See if clearing your cache and settings folders helps, corrupt cache and settings files can cause ingame items and information being shown incorrectly or not at all. It can also cause players, ships and items to function improperly.
For this, you need to locate the following folder, assuming that you have installed EVE in the default location C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE : ( is C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE on 64bit versions of Windows )
Press Windows Key + R and paste the following line into the Run window.
Windows XP: %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\CCP\EVE Windows Vista: %LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\
There you will find a folder that is named 'c_program_files_ccp_eve_tranquility' (asuming you've installed EVE in the default location), rename/move all of the folders (for example rename it to 'c_program_files_ccp_eve_tranquility.backup'), in order to save them. Then relog and try again.
Do note that copying the settings folder or any of it's files back may cause your problems to resurface, this includes the prefs.ini file.
