Hi I have been working on a Assests Calculator so I can know what system to go with my Charon and pick up my goods. Im taking the Assets data form the API and then I have a price table that i update for the most important items. Planning to replace that with a caculation on the minerals from each item and that way get the ISK.
Still in working progress
Here are some screenshots.

Thanks for your comment. Status Update. Manual PriceTable removed and added caclulation that gets the refined minierals from all items in EVE. (Refinable Items) Base SQL here Added refining minerals (into dgmTypeAttributes) for the Ore, Alloys, and Compound, and ofcouse the 1:1 for the minerals them selfs. Added Base Price Table for the minerals, from there the value of my assets are calculated. For examble Tritanium is 4.1 for examble (my input).
Now I know what my Assets are worth if I refine them. (2,2 billion ISK ) (And where they are located) Screenshot 3
Task list: 1. Integrate the SQL 2008 database to the WinForm program. 2. Create API key interface to store the user data. 3. Create more SSRS reports about value and minerals. for example % of Iso mineral ISK vise per Item (SQL completed) 4. Get Market data form the API for analysis for Hot/Cold Items. 5. RULE THE WORLD! (im Caldari after all)

How do you calculate the value of the assets? As far as I know you are not able to retrieve market prices directly from the API, except for orders that you or your corp have placed. Are you using eve-central or direct market export logs from game? |

This is "Refined Value" not "Market Value".
I know what i get from refining all the items (in minerals) (Base SQL in last post). Then I use my base price for the minerals and get the price.

Hmm i like the idea of this tool! I have some questions and feature suggestionss if you don't mind :)
1. How is the mineral refining yield calculated? do you take the skills into account from the api? 2. Is there a way to input the standing on certain Stations/factions? 3. import the price of the minerals from eve-central, maybe with location selection? 4. maybe a best route calculating thingy? :D
best regards and keep up the good work!

Hi, Grate to get feedback.
1. No I dont take skills into account since my caracter has full refining skills and good standings in some stations, but that is a good point. Maby the simplest solution is that you can input some % of how good your refining skill is over all.
2. Same here, if I can get my standigs form the API then I can map that to the locations of the ore. (the way im doing this is picup all the items in my charon (900k m3) and refine it in the stations I have best standings.
3. I will look in to this, if eve-central can give me location vise price for minerals (at least regeion)
4. Maby you need to elaberatie more on this :), I was thinking of trying to calculate the best route for example the top 10 staions whit the higest Amount.
p.s. I am allso displaying the Tri, Mex, .... minerals to the left so I can short by that. So I can see where is the most Tri for example. will add a screenshot later for that.

Yeah well this best route thingy... shortest route between several jumps, with an option to exclude lowsec/nulsec systems, maybe limit to region x. and how about an option to exculde amounts below a certain value? (price/mineral dunno)
