So, is there something going on with EBANK that I should be aware of? I have been having some difficulty the last few days trying to access my account. It seems that my password has been changed, and my account has been "held" according to the representative who contacted me, but I have not been given an explanation as to why.
If anyone who is associated with EBANK could contact me in-game or reply to my support emails, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm starting to worry at this point, especially with no insight into what the problem might be.
Sorry for posting here, but I otherwise have no other way to contact them at this point.

Ebank has their own forums which, while not as active as the eve-o forums, are still read by ebank's staff.
Ebank has a channel in game. While I don't think it's staffed 23/7, it's certainly got an ebank representatived in it for the majority of each day.
Note, am not associated with ebank, just aware of these communication outlets.

I apologize, as I may not have been as clear as I could have been in my initial post. I cannot access either my EBANK account or their forums.
Also, thanks for the channel advice. I'll check it out now.

Well considering that you've been contacted by an eBank representative I'd say go back to that person and try getting a better explanation. Might I say, from my time at eBank, that administrative locks on accounts are in response to something that occurred. Additionally, drama bombing this on the public forums would not have sped up anything... if I was still at eBank.

I'm not an ebank depositor, loanee, or in any way related...
That being said, I think seeing things like this posted to this board, is pretty healthy. Especially if OP emailed and tried to post to ebanks forum.
It lets us know: 1) Something had gone wrong with ebank 2) OP is a moron or 2) Ebank gets a chance to show off its customer support skills.

Edited by: Hexxx on 29/04/2009 00:43:39 I'm actually talking to Akuma in-game. Trying to get his forum access cleared up since it should be working. His account his being held right now though as part of an investigation we're conducting. As with our previous internal efforts....we don't advertise what we're doing until we can really talk about it.
Similar to when the EOH/EBANK security breach occurred, we reserve the right to be a bit private while we work things out. I can confirm that there is one other account besides Akuma's on hold right now, that's it. All other accounts are fine and withdraws are being processed per our SLA.
I'll be able to post more details next week once we wrap up our work. That's about it guys.

Originally by: Hexxx I can confirm that I am the one responsible for torturing the customers and as with previous occasions, there's absolutely no reason for this. Well, actually there is... we're only a handful of people at all times in the Ebank channel and we, the Ebank staff, are getting very lonely sometimes. We want our customers to flood our channel and scream in unison: Work you piece of ****, why can't you work like a normal DBank account?
I'll be able to post more details next week once we get some satisfaction here. That's about it guys.

EBANK is carefully monitoring their infrastructure and promptly investigating any irregularities? This is unacceptable! How dare you show concern over unusual activity! Do you think you have the right to investigate every time someone tries hacking into your system? I won't let this stand! Quickly, starting spamming the forum with threads!
