Just curious as to what the serious BPO owners use to track their personal or corp BPO's. Tracking things like ME/PE, Optimal ME and variance of current (to know what research needs to be done), location, current status, quantity of BPC's, multiple copies, etc. I'm currently using a spreadsheet (modified "Sunicros' Ultimate BP Inventory" - thanks for the hard work Sunicros!) but it just seems that someone would have created a nice little database utility for all this long ago.
What do you use? What tips/suggestions do you have for managing a large amount of BPO's (400+), not to mentions BPC's? How does your corp manage their BP assests, or do they?
Thanks in advance for your insight.

the API currently doesn't differentiate between originals and copies, which is a minor pita.
However I use Eve HQ when I need to, it's AWESOME.
I think the trick in managing 400+ bpo's would be....Delegation. Not all blueprints will make a profit, just depends on your potential customers. Empire, low sec and 0.0 are totally different of course when it comes to what's worth building and what isn't. There's also a supply issue in that you may have to build items that are only just profitable because it's required rather than focusing on the maximum profit for each manufacturing slot.

I don't use any fancy spread sheet or **** like that
Bpc's i just produce in a rota or more of a cycle, rinse and repeat.
Bpo's well thats a different ball game, i prefer doing things in sets e.g ammo, frigs, cruisers etc, bla, bla, bla keeps things simple really...
Infact i've named some cans :- Needs ME, Needs PE, Finshed Product. Once the ME is finshed i move em to the PE can, i know where i am then.
As for ME/PE optimal, experience tells ya whats best or just plain old, find out the hard way or ya can usee those thingies which calculate stuff for ya.

Edited by: Teqtua on 12/05/2009 19:39:51 Thanks for the feedback all - I'd love to see what you use Pwett!
...and Sidrat when I went to try EVEHQ I couldn't grab it - page was down. I'll try again though.
I really guessed that someone had already come up with a cool way to manage these, guess it's either not done yet or it's super secret. I kinda lean toward the latter.

I right click on the prints and select show info. And to keep track of bpo's vs bpc's, the bpo's are locked down. Not sure what else you need to keep track of.
