Never actually tried it, but maybe a sort by type, see if it puts the BPO at the beginning of each section? _________________________________________________________

No, there's no easy way to do it. Resign yourself to hours of info'ing hundreds of blueprints to sort then. ---

from the science & industry window you can filter between BPC and BPOs and also see the ME/PE/runs, but not move them into different hangars/containers...

I thought deliver was one of the options from the SI interface, Deliver to other corp hanger division, but i may be mistaken.

Rent a corp hangar, place them all in one division in that. Open the S&I interface, filter to 'originals' in the division you placed the blueprints in. Right click on each of them and select deliver to at the bottom of the list, deliver to another corp hangar. Repeat until all the BPOs are in one hangar, and BPCs remain in the original hangar.
Ideally they would improve this so you could just select all at once.

Every time I have tried sort by type, it either places the originals at the front or back of the copys, but does not mix them throughout. Even if I always do sort by type, but never reversed, It still appears random as to whether the bpos will be first on the list or last.

I think it has to do with the id's being assigned, typically your BPO's will have earlier or later id's than your copies. Sometimes I've had the originals in the middle of some BPCs that I had made at different times. The newer BPCs probably got recycled ID's and thus had earlier ID's than the BPOs. It's probably not actually 'sorted' this way, so the database output will be just in the order they get found.
