Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
IÆm launching my second IPO please see previous one here. IÆm a man of few words so ill try and keep it sort and sweet.
The current IPO with be the same as the last IPO but on a larger scale. The last IPO was a success. Im not 100% sure of the exact figures as the tables/spread sheet tracking my progress I kept at work. Was made redundant and forgot to email to myself however at the time I was happy with the progress and investors were paid and seemed happy with the service being provided. See first IPO for comments and feedback.
So what im looking for
1: Looking for an investment of 9 billion isk.
2: Rate of return will be 5% per month.
3: IPO to run for 3 months.
4: Investment will be on a first come first severed basis.
5: Minimum investment with be 1 billion isk. I know this is high and I apologise to anyone who would like to invest but cant manage the amount Im asking. The reason im setting 1 billion as a minimum is because it will mean less work for me making payments ect. There is no maximum amount.
6: Payments will be made monthly on day the IPO goes live.
7: Anyone how has invested can request there ISK back at anytime. Interest for that
month will be lost. If itÆs the starting month and payments have just been made then no interest will be applicable and so no lose incurred. May take upto1 week for ISK to be returned.
If the IPO is bigger than I can manage and Im not generating the income that im expecting I will be making up the necessary payments with my own ISK to cover the short fall. IPO will run the full duration regardless and investors will be paid the 5% each month for the 3 months.
More than happy to have an audit carried out by a recognised member of the community.
Think ive covered most things if not please feel free to point X out and ask any questions you may have regarding the IPO.

He suggested an audit done if i was launching a new IPO. This is a new IPO and as stated happy for an aurdit if necessary. However no audit was carried out at the end of the last IPO for claritys sake. Would be hoping to just Kazuo again for the audit.

Also, and this may be pedantic, but since this offering is at a fixed rate with a fixed rate of return isn't it a bond, not an IPO?

Ini is sound as a pound, so I don't think you need to start looking for suitable ledges.
Obviously you've made that determination already and hence your investment. I've demonstrated the level of trust I have for him and the value I associate with my in-game friendship with him by putting 3 billion on the table. It just so happened that 3 bill was what I had loose in my wallet at the time. If the wallet had read 9 billion then Ini would have got the lot. You may all take that as a character reference.

Thanks for offering the last of the isk Riddic however ive had 2x mails in game footing the rest of the isk. However if these fall thought then id be happy to take you up on your offer and have the necessary audit.
