I'll get right into it
Highs 3x125MM Gatling ACII (1 pg each to fit)
Mids 1MNABII ScramII WebII
Lows DCII EANMII 400 Rolled Tungsten Plate Corpii C-Type SAR (fitting reqs / reps better / costs 10 mil only)
With AWU to lvl 3 this fits with 52.82 pg out of 53.75 used. You can use a SARII instead of the corpii if you have AWU 5.
Numbers 14777 EHP Tanks 93 DPS sustained, 107 reinforced. Does all of 69 DPS with republic fleet EMP ammo Kind of a fat bird, aligns in 5.2 seconds.

I think you've got the right idea for Vengeance. Rockets suck even if you can fit them, and the focus should be on tank and tackle. It gets an impressive amount of EHP for a frigate and makes a great secondary tackler (can come in after the interceptor gets initial point). I have a corpmate that runs double SAR's, but I actually like your fit a bit better.
The only thing I would consider changing is the propulsion mod. The AB is going to give you better survivability when orbiting, that's for sure, but if you need to catch a target, get back to a gate quickly, etc.... well, I just feel a bit lost without a MWD on a PVP ship, haha.

I see your point about the AB, but I have 2 problems with that, I just don't know where your going to find the PG for it and it makes you less survivable as a secondary tackler. This is definitely a secondary tackler though, I plan to use it in groups where the initial tackler has a web.
I wanted a setup you could solo in, and if this could get a frigate to try and mess with it it could kill any tech 1 frigate and most the assault frigates but they have to come to you. so that doesn't seem viable.

I don't think you will fit the MWD without dropping the repper. You can exchange the SAR for a second EANM, giving you just shy of 18k EHP, which will last quite a while considering your orbit and sig radius with the MWD off. If you don't mind flying with an AB, the repper is a good option I think.

I take it the dual SARII fit uses 3 NOS in the highs? AB is a double edged sword. Hard to catch things but if you do there screwed

Most dual SAR setups use cap boosters. I like your setup, just don't get neuted :)

Thats true neuting could be a problem, would love to find a way to get a nos into that last high, but im not seeing anyway of doing it.

Special reason your using the 150's instead of the 200's? they fit if you switch the plate down. Thats also a good setup but im just not sure if the 11.6k ehp is enough. It doesn't seem as impressive as 14.8.
