A player named Delphi Grendalus just scammed me out of a weeks worth of isk (500k) by making a legally binding verbal contract that she would triple any donation I sent her. SHE DID NOT! In fact she kept my hard-earned ISK and even called me a rude name.
Now I have contacted my family lawer who says internet law is not his focus and I should get in touch with the people who make the game but the petition I filed was closed and seems to have done nothing about this criminal. So this is my last resort.
What are my options with dealing with this law-breaker? How can I alert the proper authorities about Delphi Grendalus and her wicked ways? Does anybody know a good internet lawer in the tri-state area?

Delphi herself said our verbal contract was legally binding. How much more responsable do you want me to be if a legally binding verbal contract is not responsable enough? This is a clear violation of my statutory rights and I intend to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

500k a week may not seem like much to you but I spend the majority of my time in this game helping out my corporation moving assests from station to station. I don't need isk for that so I don't request any. I am given 500k every week by the CEO as a gesture of goodwill for the services I offer.
Regardless of how long it takes me to make the ammount that was stolen from me the fact remains, 5isk or 500k isk stealing is stealing and is against the law.

To everyone thinking this is my alt, why would I open myself up for war decs if I was in a player corp? I get more then enough attention, both wanted and unwanted without having to give it to myself.

I would watch what you say from now until the court-date. Anything you say can and will be used against you Delphi Grendalus, if that even is your real name. You may have taken 500k isk from me but I WILL MAKE SURE you will lose EVERYTHING you have, criminal.

Who is trolling? I really am going to see a lawer who specialises in internet law. Stealing is stealing regardless of the medium and you, Delphi, have been caught red handed and admitting it.
