He can fly 2 Gallente and Caldari ships. With both race cruiser at level 5. Meaning he can fly both Gallente and Caldari HACS, Recons, Command Ships, Logistics, and Heavy Interdictors.
He can use several race level 4 agents with great standings. Can also very nearly use several level 5 agents. He also has the capability to all ships required to do level 5 missions.
I am looking to also buy a well trained but low SP industrial char. So if you have one I will be happy to take offers for Chars along with ISK.
The character will be in a starter corp by end of auction, no assets will be included in the sale. Located in Empire.

what people are trying to tell you is that the character you are selling has to recieve the isk. it is then upto you to send the isk to one of your alts before you transfer the character, it is one of the rules to selling and another rule you need to abide by is you are only allowed to bump your thread once a day. This also means you cannot get a friend or an alt to bump it.
